Full Moon Bath Blend

Created for release, reflection, and making room for what comes next. Full Moon Bath Blend combines mineral rich bath salts with a light touch of carefully selected herbs for an intentional bathing ritual centered on letting go. Before getting into the bath, write down what you are ready to release. It may be an old relationship, frustration, fear, disappointment, resentment, a habit, or simply the weight of a season that has run its course. Light a candle, settle into the water, and allow yourself to acknowledge it one last time. When you leave the bath, leave with the intention that what you released no longer has to travel with you.
