Shipping policy

Most House of Dalesa products are handmade and ready to ship. Orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. House of Dalesa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, or for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please confirm that your address is correct at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, contact houseofdalesa@gmail.com within 3days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We'll review your situation and do our best to make it right.
